This class of boat operates from the following marinas: Blackwater, Hilperton.

Design : The Alvechurch Owl is a 70ft long, 10 berth cruiser stern narrowboat. It has a quiet water-cooled diesel engine with simple to use controls.

Features : There is full radiator central heating on the boat. A 200 gallon water tank supplies the hot and cold running water. There is a double-filtered drinking water system. The flooring is easy clean vinyl except there is carpeting in the saloon and bedroom.

Saloon : Spacious saloon in the middle of the boat with two sofas either side of the galley, and removable tables. The two seating areas can both be converted into a double or two single beds using the fold down single in the evening, if required

Kitchen : Fully equipped galley with 4 burner gas cooker complete with grill and oven, refrigerator, sink and drainer, work surfaces and storage space. Microwave, toaster and cafetiere. Saucepans, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery etc included.

Bathroom : There are two bathrooms, each with a wash hand basin, electrically operated flush toilet and showers, and a 240v shaver socket.

Berth : Sleeps up to 10. Both cabins either end of the boat can be configured as either one double bed or two singles. An optional high level single can be added above a single bed in either cabin.to both cabins. The two seating areas can be converted into a double or two single beds using the fold down single in the evening, if required. Important: The high level beds have a weight limit of 10 stone or 63Kg and cannot be used above a double bed.

Bedding : Freshly laundered bedding is supplied for each crew member, as per your requirements. Additional bedding is available upon request. Towels are also supplied - one medium sized towel per crew member, and one hand towel per bathroom.

Electric : 12v mobile phone charging point (please remember to bring your own car charging lead). The 1.6kw inverter supplies 240v electricity to certain appliances and to a socket on the boat. (Please note: if you decide to use any of your own electrical appliances, you do so at your own risk).

Wagtail Class Canal Boats

This class of boat operates from the following marinas: Gayton, Hilperton, Whitchurch, Worcester.

Design : 70ft cruiser stern narrowboat suited for larger groups or for a luxury boat for 4 people. There is LED lighting throughout, a 4 speaker radio/cd, a front deck table, TV in saloon and bedroom, wider beds and large mirrors. Quiet water-cooled diesel engine with simple controls. Full radiator central heating. Hot and cold running water supplied from a 150 gallon water tank. Double filtered drinking water system.

Features : There is a security box on-board the Wagtail Class boats (except from the Gailey Marina). This boat is fitted with free WiFi - an explanation of how to use the WiFi will be supplied on-board your boat on arrival. Free Wi-Fi, Radio CD player with USB, LCD TV and DVD player, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, 12v socket. 1 medium size towel per crew member, plus 1 hand towel per bathroom.

This class of boat operates from the following marinas: Aldermaston, Alvechurch, Anderton, Wrenbury.

Design : All of our boats have full radiator central heating with hot and cold running water supplied from a 150 gallon water tank. We also include a double filtered drinking water system. The Wagtail has a 2kw Inverter that supplies 240 volt electricity to certain appliances and sockets on the boat. There is carpeting in the saloon and bedroom. Also features a security box / safe.

Features : Free Wi-Fi, Radio CD player with USB, LCD TV and DVD player, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, 12v socket. 1 medium size towel per crew member, plus 1 hand towel per bathroom.

Bathroom : Two bathrooms complete with hand basin, electrically operated flush toilet, and shower with bi-fold door. Includes a 240v shaver socket. One hand one bath towel per person

Berth : Sleeps up to 10. The front cabin can either be configured as either one double bed or two singles. The rear cabin is 2 singles with a bunk above each bed. The two seating areas can be converted into a double or two single beds using the fold down single in the evening, if required. Wider Beds: Optional wider beds available in the front cabin only - Singles at 2ft 6" / Doubles at 4ft 6"
