Have a look at all the options of Canalboats, as some have the galley and saloon at the rear, some in the front of the boat with doors opening to the bow seats and some have the galley and saloon in the middle of the boat which in a 6 berth boat separates the 2 cabins. If you want a lot of space look at the larger boats, as many 6 berth boats are a luxury boat for 2 couples , and even the 10 berths can be a luxury boat for 2 couples.

Most of the boats have different layouts available, this doesn't mean its a different boat, its the same boat but the marina will configure the beds differently for each set of guests, so it's important to choose the best layout for you.

These boats are suitable for 2 to 4 people and are ideal for couples and beginners.

Very large boats ideal for a large family or group of friends, many of the 10 berths have 2 saloons and 2 cabins and 2 bathrooms so plenty of space for 2 couples, or with the option of single bunks sleeping up to 10.
