Do you offer day boat hire? No, our minimum hire is for 3 nights, but you can bring the canal boat back earlier if you wish.

Do you allow pets? Many of our marinas allow pets on their boats. Please see booking form for more details including pricing.

Is there heating on the canal boat ? Yes, the canal boats are fully centrally heated

Do you supply any training? Yes, we supply comprehensive training on both the canal boats and the locks. A DVD is also supplied for you to refer to on your canal boat holiday.

Do I need a license? No, we will give you all the training you need.

Where can we stop? You can stop anywhere as long as it is not on private property. We supply mooring pegs if you cannot find somewhere to tie up to.

Is there car parking at your locations? Yes, there is free car parking on site.

What if I have a problem when I am on my holiday? Our dedicated team are on hand 24hrs a day for emergencies.

Does the boat have electricity? Yes, many of the boats have 240v (UK Mains) sockets which accept 3 pin plugs. Electricity is produced from the engine by storing it in batteries. An inverter then converts the 12v to 240v electricity. Please check the boat details for the boat you are interested in.

How many nights can you book on a canal boat holiday? The minimum is 3 nights and the maximum is 21 nights subject to availability. If you cannot find the exact number of nights you require, please contact us.
